Issue Description
I compiled with following cmake line:
cmake -DWEBIF=1 -DCS_WITH_DOUBLECHECK=1 -DCS_CONFDIR=/cardserver/oscam/
And it returns:

Why not adding on commandline? The installation/readme files show this command besides DWEBIF, ANTICASC and some more features:

use config.sh to enable instead of adding parameters on commandline
