CMakeLists has problems due to unset()

Description
unset() supposedly was added in cmake 2.6.3 but this version requirement is stated nowhere (in fact there are references to both >= 2.6 and >= 2.4).
Nevertheless even cmake 2.6.4 did not like this function when I tried it, so it should not be used in CMakeLists.txt.
Attached is a patch that changes unset(X) statements to set(X False) which work fine the way affected variables are used.
