Issue Description

Using phoenix easymouse 2, oscam stable 1.10 does not active the card. While with latest oscam svn unstable is ok.

When the issue occurs

Card initialization.

How the issue is reproducable

Using: 093b card, protocol: mouse, device: /dev/ttyUSB0, easymouse 2 in phoenix mode.

<Don't forget to ATTACH (NOT post here as text) a log file of oscam in debug mode (start oscam with -d255) and to remove the brackets around the fields! Otherwise, your ticket will be closed as you seem to be unable to read.>

Here the error with debug 255.
With same settings, oscam svn is working ok.

Please, fix it in stable version.

there will be no more bugfixes on 1.10. just use the current 1.20 trunk and everything works.
