Merlin branch segfaults with different cards

Description
ATR comes in fine, but next command to ask provider information returns rubbish, which is interpreted as 0 providers. From then on, card cannot be used.
I suspect the changes in csctapi cause this problem, because trunk, all old mpcs-versions, but also all newer versions (1.06) do not have this problem.

There is currently a big problem in the card init for serial reader and we're working on it.
As we inherited the code as is we're trying to re-organize it and simplify it so it becomes more maintainable.
Merlin made some changes to hep in this goal but we ran into some misunderstanding and after discussing it we are going to make some changes to try to fix this. All init must be done at 9600 bps and it's not the case (specially for Irdeto) in the current code.
It also looks like if an init fails and you remove and re-insert the card , oscam will not recognize it and sometime it will crash which point towards some issues with some structure not being properly initialized. So we will also try to fix this.
