Hi,
check your configs, you got i.e. failbans and also this:

420	2014/02/24 14:54:49 9FB7698 c trying user 'digi' filter 1802:000000
421	2014/02/24 14:54:49 9FB7698 c 1802:000000 allowed by user 'digi' filter 1802:000000
422	2014/02/24 14:54:49 9FB7698 c trying reader 'digi' filter 1802:000000
423	2014/02/24 14:54:49 9FB7698 c 1802:000000 allowed by reader 'digi' filter 1802:000000
424	2014/02/24 14:54:49 9FB7698 c digi [nagra] TRACE: User (digi) has the same name as the reader, blocked because block_same_name=1!

So, Usernames and Readernames must be different!
Don't know, if this is the solution for your problem, but i think, you should get this right first.

And sorry to say this, but your explanation above is, eh, not very clear, i didn't understand it fully...

Bye, DdD.
