Issue Description
Define a user with the field hostname with a "wrong" value.
The log will show you this:
2014/05/15 19:45:14 1234567 c encrypted cccam-client XXXXXX rejected (USER_NAME, invalid ip)
2014/05/15 19:45:14 1234567 c password for 'USER_NAME' invalid!
This second line in the log is wrong the password is correct it is the hostname which is not.
Would be better to improve the logging to reflect the real problem (replace password with hostname) exemple:
2014/05/15 19:45:14 1234567 c hostname for 'USER_NAME' invalid!
When the issue occurs
When the hostname defined in user is wrong.
How the issue is reproducable
Define a wrong hostname on user.
The remote user is connecting via CCcam-ext.
