2x tbsdtv reader (USB Phoenix&SmartMouse) TBS-3102V13 - one dont work

Description

i have two reader,if it connected only one then all works but if connect two then one dont work, both plugged to MB (no USB hub...)

tested with svn:2268/2941/3047 - same result, one card/phoenix works,two not, tested with 3 different phoenix card - it is not card malfunction

both card have same CAID:0D03 (Cryptoworks - provider:Skylink)

can you do a test with 2 different cards? or could you just plug in one card first in reader one and if it works with this one in reader two? i have 2 identical cards with usb ftdi readers and they work fine.

two reader,two card, card is inserted into PC PowerOFF - card is from same provider
